General
- At least one author per accepted submission must be registered for the conference. See registration.
- Presentations are in English.

Poster presentations
- Time and room: See the conference program (Poster Session & Demos).
- Format: A0, portrait.
- Exhibition walls and adhesive tape are provided. Please bring your printed poster to the conference.
- Please hang your poster before the poster session starts and be at your poster during the session so attendees can discuss your work.
Oral presentations
- Time and room: See the conference program.
- Duration: Plan for about 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for discussion (25 minutes total).
- Please bring your own laptop. HDMI and a microphone are provided. Let us know if you need anything else (info@swisstext.org).
- You may additionally present a poster of your submission during the poster session (optional; see above).
Demo track
- Time and room: See the conference program (Poster Session & Demos).
- The demo must be an interactive live demo on your machine. If that is not possible, contact info@swisstext.org so we can discuss alternatives (e.g. presenting as a poster).
- A table, chairs, WiFi, and power are provided for each demo. Table size: 180 cm × 80 cm.
- Please bring your own device. If your demo requires an external monitor, please bring one if possible; otherwise contact info@swisstext.org.
